In StoreFront console > right-click the Store > Manage Receiver for Web > Configure > Deploy Receiver, you can turn off Receiver detection. I am not sure what the consultant did exactly but, I found on the web: In the past I remember working with a Citrix Consultant that disabled the Citrix Detection feature and that allowed everyone to no longer get prompted, no matter which browser they chose to use.
